I am still able to make it by Thursday. What is there to do?

Hooray! We are so glad you will be there with us. The Marketplace will be open Thursday from noon – 10:30 p.m., as well as the Leader Gathering at 7 p.m.

 

With the modified schedule, does the event still end Saturday?

Yes, we are working hard to pack in a whole lot of fun and meaningful information into two wonderful days for you!

 

If I can’t make it due to the hurricane, can I transfer my ticket to next year?

Yes! Please email service@swww.mops.org with a copy of the airline/hotel cancellation notice or the road closure, and we can transfer your ticket.

 

How can I cancel my hotel or have my resort fees refunded?

Please contact your hotel directly.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Hurricane Cancellation Policy:

In light of the Hurricane Dorian, MOPS can offer a refund of your registration in the following cases:

1) Cancellation of your flight.

2) Significant road closure preventing your trip to Orlando.

3) Cancellation of your rooming accommodations in Orlando.

4) Extenuating circumstances preventing travel to MOMcon directly caused by the hurricane.

Please email service@swww.mops.org with a copy of the airline/hotel cancellation notice or the road closure, and we will issue refunds in as quickly as possible. We anticipate a very high volume of service requests over the next week, so please be patient with your request.

All refunds will be processed on the original purchaser’s credit card.
